National Policy Statement on Electricity Transmission

The National Policy Statement on Electricity Transmission 2008 highlights the need for Councils to avoid, to the extent reasonably possible, reverse sensitivity effects on the electricity transmission network. ⁴⁶⁸²  District Plans must give effect to this national policy statement. ⁴⁶⁸³
